SPONSORSHIP:
Businesses, organizations, and individuals are invited to sponsor Equality Weekend 2009. Sponsors will be designated in the program and displayed at the event.
PATRONAGE:
Individuals are encouraged to demonstrate their support for equality for all Alabamians by making patronage donations. Benefits are listed below.
EVENT AND BANQUET SCHOLARSHIPS:
Scholarships for those unable to afford the cost of the gala [usually students] can be purchased for $70.00 each. Scholarship benefactors will be listed in the program unless requested otherwise.

Notes:
1. Non Profit organizations receive a 25% discount on advertising. To qualify, the organization must be approved as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt entity by the Internal Revenue Service.
2. Ad copy should be camera ready and saved at a resolution of 300dpi or greater, in either a PDF, jpeg, or Photoshop file format.
3. Artwork should be emailed to atomlinson@atsa-usa.com and copied to bob@equalityalabama.org
4. Payment should be mailed to Jay Barrett, Equality Alabama, PO Box 13733, Birmingham, AL 35202 or paid with credit card at www.equalityweekend.org web site.
